About the role

Beauty/wellness DTC brand running real Meta budgets. AI-native performance editor: long-form VSLs, UGC from raw takes, hooks and pattern interrupts measured on ROAS, hold rate, and thumb-stop.

What you'll do

• Cut long-form VSLs (60 seconds to 5 minutes) built to sell
• Cut UGC ads from raw creator footage and pick the take that holds
• Build hooks, captions, and pattern interrupts past the 3-second wall

Requirements

• Performance/Meta editor, not a generalist who also does video
• Comfortable iterating against ROAS, hold rate, and thumb-stop
• Can cut both VSLs and raw UGC
• AI-native workflow for captions and creative iteration
