Outlier AI — Tagalog Freelance Writer, AI Training Tasks (Philippines)
About the role
Outlier recruits Filipino Tagalog speakers as freelance AI trainers, reading and evaluating Tagalog text produced by AI models and writing short pieces in Tagalog on a flexible, self-scheduled basis. Pay is weekly via PayPal or Airtm.
What you'll do
- Rank AI-generated responses to Tagalog-language prompts for quality and accuracy
- Write short pieces in Tagalog on assigned topics
- Assess whether AI-generated Tagalog text is factually accurate
- Choose your own schedule — most contributors work 5-10 hrs/week, up to 40 hrs
- Paid weekly via PayPal or Airtm, plus incentive pay ("Missions") on top of the base rate
Requirements
- Fluent reading and writing in Tagalog
- Professional writing experience (e.g. translator, copywriter, journalist, editor) OR enrollment in/completion of an undergraduate or graduate program in a writing-related field
- Able to pass an identity verification and skills assessment
