AI Content & Video Production Specialist

About the role

PhenomenalM is hiring an AI content and video production specialist to turn a founder's long-form content into short-form video using AI video, voice, and automation systems. The role is fully remote.

What you'll do

• Transform long-form videos, podcasts, masterclasses, and trainings into high-impact short-form content.
• Use advanced AI video, voice cloning, lip-syncing, and editing tools to produce premium content.
• Create authorized AI-generated videos featuring the founder's likeness and voice.
• Build automated workflows that take content from raw footage to published assets.
• Develop AI agents to help identify clips, write hooks, edit, caption, categorize, and schedule.

Requirements

• Obsessed with AI and already experimenting with voice cloning, generative video, avatars, or AI agents.
• Exceptional eye for video storytelling, pacing, design, and aesthetics.
• Able to think in systems rather than isolated editing tasks.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficient with several tools such as HeyGen, Runway, Kling, CapCut, n8n, Make, Claude, or ChatGPT.
