AI Automation Specialist

About the role

Pro-Tops, a stone and cabinet company, is hiring in the Philippines to build AI agents and automations that cut back-office labor cost per transaction.

What you'll do

• Map current manual workflows with department leaders and rank them by hours saved and risk.
• Build automations that connect email, spreadsheets, HRIS/payroll, accounting, and shared drives using no-code tools and APIs.
• Document every workflow as an SOP, with owners, inputs, outputs, and failure handling.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents for document intake, data entry, report drafting, ticket triage, and FAQ answers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation, AI implementation, or operations technology, with at least 1 year building AI agents or LLM-based workflows.
• A portfolio of automations or agents with verified hours or cost savings.
• Advanced prompt engineering, including structured outputs, tool use, and retrieval-augmented generation from company documents.
• Proficiency with Zapier, Make, or n8n, plus APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
