About the role
Meridial (powered by Invisible Technologies) is looking for radiochemistry and nuclear chemistry experts in the Philippines to train AI on this specialized field. You’ll challenge advanced AI models on radioisotope production, radiochemical separations, nuclear decay schemes, radiotracer methodologies, radiation safety protocols, nuclear fuel cycle chemistry, nuclear forensics, and radiopharmaceutical chemistry — including alpha/beta/gamma spectroscopy, radionuclide labeling, and radiochemical synthesis. Remote from the Philippines, $8–$65/hr.
What you'll do
- Challenge AI models on radioisotope production, radiochemical separations, nuclear decay schemes, radiotracer methodologies, and radiation safety protocols; verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Document AI failure modes in radiochemistry reasoning: alpha/beta/gamma spectroscopy, radionuclide labeling, radiochemical synthesis, nuclear reaction pathways, decay chain analysis, and radiochemical assay techniques
- Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics for radiochemistry and nuclear chemistry AI tasks
- Articulate radiochemistry reasoning metacognitively — show your work, explain laboratory and analytical choices, and document error patterns precisely
Requirements
- Deep expertise in radiochemistry or nuclear chemistry; a PhD in radiochemistry, nuclear chemistry, or closely related field is ideal
- Peer-reviewed publications, hands-on radiochemical lab work, nuclear facility experience, or radiopharmaceutical research signal strong fit
- Clear, metacognitive communication — ability to explain complex radiochemical reasoning step-by-step; experience in AI evaluation or scientific annotation is a plus
