AI Data Engineer III
About the role
Technical builder for RealPage Technology GRC's agentic AI transformation: data pipelines, RAG agents, and human-in-the-loop automations. Pasig.
What you'll do
- Build and integrate agentic AI solutions and automations inside the enterprise GRC platform.
- Engineer AI-assisted workflows for the risk register, policy governance, and evidence collection.
- Design RAG, tool-calling, and MCP agent workflows with human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- Build evaluation harnesses, guardrails, and audit trails for deployed agents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 4+ years in software/AI engineering with hands-on LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows.
- Proficiency in Python and modern AI development tooling.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG, function/tool calling, agentic orchestration, and MCP.
