About the role

RealTime Systems is hiring an AI ad maker to turn supplied concepts into finished Facebook and Instagram video ads, generating or sourcing visuals and editing the final spot. Hands-on AI video experience is required. No pay figure is stated.

What you'll do

• Turn supplied ideas, scripts, and references into short-form video ads for Facebook and Instagram.
• Break a concept into shots and decide which visuals are generated, edited, or built from existing assets.
• Use AI image, video, and voice tools where they fit the concept.
• Edit complete videos, including pacing, transitions, voiceover, music, sound effects, and captions.
• Catch visual artifacts, inconsistent characters, awkward movement, spelling errors, and audio problems before submitting.

Requirements

• Hands-on AI video experience, with finished videos you can show.
• Strong editing fundamentals: pacing, composition, continuity, sound, and readable captions.
• Good visual judgment to recognize weak footage and fix or replace it.
• Able to take a concept through production without every step explained.
