Senior AI Engineer

About the role

Individual-contributor AI engineering role at a global accounting firm in Ortigas, Pasig. Build production AI agents and the platform capabilities that support them, from discovery through production.

What you'll do

• Develop agent solutions using instructions, context management, structured outputs, retrieval, grounding, and tool execution
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, enterprise data, identity systems, and external applications
• Design and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure agent quality, accuracy, and performance
• Incorporate AI security, privacy, access control, and responsible AI practices into solutions
• Take ownership of solutions from discovery and development through production and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience working on AI-driven projects, preferably involving AI agents or LLM applications
• Strong experience with modern software development, including APIs, backend services, data integration, testing, and cloud-hosted applications
• Hands-on skills in C#/.NET and/or Python for LLM/agent work
• Hybrid 2-3x onsite per week in Ortigas, Pasig
