Registered Nurse — Freelance AI Trainer Project
About the role
Meridial (powered by Invisible Technologies) is seeking Registered Nurses worldwide to train the next generation of AI on clinical knowledge. You’ll challenge advanced AI models on patient care, clinical assessment, pharmacology, care planning, nursing ethics, and evidence-based practice — topics like acute and chronic disease management, medication administration, patient safety protocols, EHR documentation, clinical decision-making, infection control, and emergency response. Remote, worldwide, $6–$65/hr.
What you'll do
- Challenge AI models on patient care, clinical assessment, pharmacology, care planning, nursing ethics, and evidence-based practice; challenge AI on acute/chronic disease management, medication administration, patient safety, and interprofessional communication
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of AI clinical responses; assess AI reasoning on EHR documentation, infection control, emergency response, and nursing judgment scenarios
- Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics for nursing and healthcare AI tasks
- Articulate nursing reasoning metacognitively — show your work, explain clinical decision-making step-by-step, and document failure modes in AI clinical knowledge precisely
Requirements
- Active RN license; associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in nursing or a closely related healthcare field
- Clinical experience in hospital, outpatient, or community health settings; experience across acute/chronic care, medication administration, patient safety, or emergency nursing signals strong fit
- Clear, metacognitive communication — ability to explain nursing judgment and clinical reasoning step-by-step; experience in AI evaluation, clinical education, or annotation is a plus
