Forward Deployed Engineer
About the role
Build, deploy, and own AI agents and workflows for Relm's underwriting, claims, product, and operations teams, including evals and human-in-the-loop controls.
What you'll do
- Build, test, and deploy AI agents, automations, and workflows across the business
- Translate business problems into technical solutions using AI tools, APIs, and integrations
- Own live solutions: monitor performance, debug issues, and improve outputs
- Design evaluation processes and human-in-the-loop controls for higher-risk workflows
Requirements
- Hands-on experience shipping AI agents or automations into real workflows
- Ability to work with underwriting, claims, product, and operations teams
- Comfort testing new models and agent frameworks against production needs
