AI Graphic Designer – Direct Response E-commerce

About the role

Full-time graphic designer for Renovae, a Europe-based skincare brand, who builds high-converting static creatives and uses AI tools to raise quality, speed, and volume.

What you'll do

• Create high-converting static ads and graphic creatives for Meta Ads and other paid-media platforms
• Turn marketing concepts, customer insights, and advertising angles into compelling visual creatives
• Create multiple variations of the same concept, including different headlines, hooks, copy, layouts, visuals, offers, and angles
• Analyze hooks, concepts, messaging, and creative structures to identify what could improve performance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio required
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer for e-commerce, digital brands, agencies, or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of direct-response advertising and performance creative
• Highly skilled in using AI tools to improve creative quality, speed, volume, and performance
