HIRING: AI CONTENT & GROWTH MANAGER

About the role

Retiredin365 is hiring an AI-powered content creator and growth manager to own content production and build repeatable AI workflows for a personal brand and entrepreneurial education company. The role is full-time and remote.

What you'll do

• Own content production across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Telegram.
• Mass-produce high-quality Reels, short-form videos, graphics, carousels, captions, hooks, and promotional materials.
• Create AI-powered workflows to significantly increase content output.
• Develop templates, prompts, and SOPs that allow the content operation to scale.
• Analyze performance and identify what generates views, engagement, followers, and leads.

Requirements

• Advanced experience with ChatGPT and other AI creative tools.
• Strong CapCut or equivalent video-editing skills.
• Experience with AI video, AI avatars, image generation, and content automation.
• Proven short-form social media production experience.
• Strong English communication and copywriting.
