AI Content & Social Media Manager

About the role

Long-term creative partner to grow Seek Consciousness. Use AI to organize, distill, and adapt existing teachings into social content — not to invent new teachings.

What you'll do

• Create approximately 1–2 core pieces of content per day and adapt them across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Find strong Shorts and Reels inside existing scripts and videos
• Use AI to restructure longer teachings into 45–90 second pieces while preserving meaning and voice
• Create new short-form scripts for the founder to rerecord
• Use AI to organize, distill, visualize, and communicate existing teachings — not invent new ones

Requirements

• Experience with social-media management
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Ability to use AI intelligently to restructure and visualize existing material
• Independent thinker who can take ownership without daily micromanagement
