AI Direct Response Video Editor

About the role

Full-time editor for Shiny Wipes who builds Meta direct-response ads by generating AI UGC, animations, and new concepts, then cutting them into performance creatives.

What you'll do

• Edit high-converting direct response video ads for Meta.
• Generate realistic AI UGC, including AI characters, environments, voiceovers, and scenes that feel native to social media.
• Create completely new AI-powered ad concepts — from Pixar-style animation and claymation to CGI, product animations, and other scroll-stopping formats.
• Combine AI-generated content, real UGC, product footage, stock footage, graphics, and sound into polished performance ads.
• Create variations of winning creatives, hooks, concepts, and angles together with our creative strategist.
• Continuously test new AI tools and workflows to create better content faster.

Requirements

• Strong experience editing direct response ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Excellent understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, psychology, storytelling, and conversion-focused editing.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI video and image generation.
• Ability to create realistic AI UGC as well as animation, CGI, claymation, and stylized AI content.
• Adobe Premiere Pro (must-have, daily tool).
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• 40 hours/week availability (full-time, long-term).
