Senior AI Automation Expert

About the role

An established Shopify e-commerce brand selling personalized products across ten stores is hiring an AI Automation Expert to build and run automations with the founder and current automation developer.

What you'll do

• Build features in Next.js front end, Supabase and Postgres in the back.
• Write crawlers, cron jobs and data pipelines that collect and score product and competitor data.
• Connect Asana, Slack, Shopify, Meta and the configurator platform through their APIs.
• Build AI workflows with Claude and other models: prompts, agents and checks that make them reliable.
• Automate manual processes end to end and keep them running after launch.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building web apps with JavaScript or TypeScript, ideally Next.js or React.
• Solid SQL and experience with Postgres or Supabase.
• Real experience with AI tools: you use Claude or ChatGPT every day and build your own workflows.
• You work independently: take a goal and ship it without detailed instructions.
• Fluent English and full-time availability.
