AI/Automation Team Member

About the role

As part of the AI/Automation team at a US-based web development company serving 6,000+ customers, you'll design and implement automation solutions using tools like n8n, Make, and Zapier while helping clients adopt AI workflows.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions across business processes.
• Continually reinvent and optimize business processes for efficiency.
• Assist clients in utilizing AI and automation tools effectively.
• Use n8n, Make, and Zapier to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Work on workflow automations, HRIS systems, PM dashboards, AI agents, and related projects.

Requirements

• Excellent English proficiency required for a US-based team.
• Remote-ready setup with a reliable computer, headset, and stable internet.
• Available Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. EST.
