Senior AI Engineer

About the role

Lead design, development, and deployment of AI solutions across NLP, computer vision, data science, and agentic AI at Stratpoint Labs. Forward-deployed work with clients; hybrid Metro Manila.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of AI/ML models across NLP, computer vision, data science, and agentic AI.
• Provide technical leadership across the AI project lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
• Act as a forward-deployed engineer with clients to gather requirements and integrate solutions.
• Build AI agents and copilots using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles leading complex AI projects.
• Expertise in at least two of NLP (LLMs, GenAI, RAG), Computer Vision, or Advanced Data Science.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch and a major cloud platform.
