Manager, Advanced Analytics & Data Science (Individual Contributor)

About the role

This individual-contributor data science manager builds predictive analytics that support strategic decisions.

What you'll do

• Develop descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics solutions to support strategic decision-making.
• Deliver executive-level insights through compelling storytelling, visualizations, and presentations.
• Design, build, and deploy predictive models, including forecasting, classification, clustering, and recommendation models.
• Apply statistical methods to identify business drivers and improve performance outcomes.
• Leverage Python, SQL, and modern analytics tools to support scalable data science initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience building predictive and statistical models, including forecasting and regression.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business challenges into analytical solutions.
