About the role
Work-from-home adversarial testers / prompt generators create prompts and interactions designed to test AI models, uncover weaknesses, and help improve model performance.
What you'll do
- Create diverse, creative, and challenging prompts designed to test AI models.
- Execute test cases and document AI responses accurately and clearly.
- Identify and document unexpected AI behaviors, vulnerabilities, or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams and report findings in a structured format.
- Participate in feedback sessions to continuously enhance testing strategies.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in AI Prompt, Adversarial Testing, QA or related fields.
- Fully aware of AI as a whole — not only limited to usage and purpose.
- Plus points if there's experience in a BPO/Delivery environment.
