About the role
Work with contact-center operations to deploy and customize AI copilots, write technical requirements, and do light integrations with contact-center applications from Pasig.
What you'll do
- Deploy and customize AI copilots for contact-center use cases
- Write technical requirements and map customer needs
- Perform light integrations with contact-center applications
- Partner with contact-center operational leads as a local product evangelist
Requirements
- Experience deploying or customizing AI copilots or similar conversational AI
- Able to write technical requirements and do light application integrations
- Based in Pasig / Metro Manila
