ACHNET India is looking for an experienced ML Technical Lead to lead the development and deployment of scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions. The role combines hands-on technical work with team leadership and mentorship. Posted via TESCRA.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end ML/GenAI lifecycle - data, development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Design and develop scalable ML, NLP, LLM, and Deep Learning applications.
• Build LLM solutions using prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases.
• Deploy and scale applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and guide engineers through technical planning, code reviews, and best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with 4+ years in technical leadership.
• Strong Machine Learning, NLP, LLM, and Deep Learning expertise.
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications, RAG, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
