What you'll do

• Shape the architecture and engineering standards for the Philippines team
• Hire and lead the AI consultants who join after you
• Work directly with the founder on active client AI builds
• Use AI to write code while delivering systems for industrial and logistics clients

Requirements

• Technical leadership experience suitable for a first engineering lead
• Ability to set engineering standards and hire AI consultants
• Experience building AI systems, not only using AI as a coding assistant
