About the role

Audit how an Australian migration firm works today, then set up Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot workflows so AI is part of daily client, visa, and admin work.

What you'll do

• Audit client intake, document collection, visa preparation, communication, admin, and marketing workflows
• Find high-impact AI use cases such as drafting emails, summarising documents, and checking applications
• Set up Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or automation tools against Google Workspace, Gmail, Slack, and Xero
• Build prompt libraries, SOPs, and automations the team can run

Requirements

• Experience turning an existing operation into daily AI use, not a one-off tool trial
• Ability to connect AI tools to Google Workspace, Gmail, Slack, and Xero
• Practical workflow and SOP design
