Sr Lead Developer & AI Developer

About the role

Senior NetSuite and AI developer for The Parker Initiative who builds SuiteScript customizations and AI-powered features on NetSuite using LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agent workflows.

What you'll do

• Design and build AI-powered features on NetSuite using LLM APIs such as Claude or OpenAI, including document processing and intelligent data entry
• Build and maintain MCP servers, tools, and agent workflows that connect AI assistants to NetSuite
• Build and maintain SuiteScript 2.x customizations including scripts, workflows, and RESTlets
• Design and build integrations using SuiteTalk SOAP/REST and third-party APIs
• Build front-end components using React or similar frameworks that interact with NetSuite data

Requirements

• 5+ years of NetSuite development experience
• Strong full-stack JavaScript skills; React or another modern JS framework required
• Hands-on experience building at least one AI-powered application, automation, or agent using LLM APIs
• Strong verbal and written English for work with US-based clients
