Python / AI Solutions Full-Stack Developer

About the role

Hands-on Python / AI solutions full-stack developer designing and deploying AI-powered customer solutions from Manila. Work spans discovery, Python services, MCP integrations, and production delivery.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy Python-based AI applications, automation workflows, and customer-specific software.
• Build full-stack applications including backend services, frontends, databases, auth, and deployment pipelines.
• Create and maintain APIs including REST, GraphQL, webhooks, and OAuth enterprise auth.
• Develop and integrate MCP servers, tools, and client workflows that connect AI systems to external apps.
• Work with LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG, structured outputs, and prompt orchestration where appropriate.

Requirements

• Experience building Python services and full-stack applications for customer delivery.
• Ability to integrate AI solutions with CRMs, ERPs, ticketing platforms, data warehouses, and internal apps.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG, and evaluation approaches.
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and contribute reusable integration patterns.
• Comfortable in customer demos, technical discovery, and post-deployment support.
