AI Quality Analyst - English

Posted 2h ago

About the role

Help test a personalization feature for Gemini, Google's AI assistant. You'll write prompts based on your own life, then compare and rank the AI's answers. It's a 3 month contract of at least 4 hours a day and up to 40 hours a week, with 4 hours overlapping US Pacific time. Note: you'll use your own personal Google account for the work. AI Alerts may earn a referral fee if you're hired through this link. It costs you nothing and doesn't change how we pick or rank jobs.

What you'll do

  • Write multi turn prompts (usually 1 to 5 turns) that ask the AI to use your personal info and experiences
  • Check whether the AI used your info correctly and didn't make things up
  • Make sure personal details fit naturally into the answer
  • Compare two AI answers side by side and rank which is more helpful
  • Write clear reasons for your rankings, pointing to the exact turn
  • Check the AI's debug info and delete test chats afterwards

Requirements

  • Strong English reading and writing
  • Willing to use your main personal Google account (not a test account) and turn on personal data sources
  • Available full time in your local time zone, with 4 hours overlapping US Pacific time
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Clear written communication
  • A desktop or laptop with good internet
  • A degree in a related field (like policy, law, linguistics, journalism or computer science) or equivalent experience
  • Experience in data annotation, AI evaluation or content moderation is strongly preferred
