What you'll do
- Review and evaluate AI generated responses to business, strategy, and operational scenarios.
- Apply a structured rubric to assess problem framing, assumptions, reasoning, analysis, and practicality of recommendations.
- Identify gaps, edge cases, and blind spots in strategic and operational thinking.
- Provide detailed annotations and written feedback to refine AI models.
- Collaborate with researchers and project managers to align evaluation standards and project goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, operations, or a related generalist role.
- Strong ability to analyze ambiguous business problems and develop practical recommendations.
- Broad understanding of business models, market analysis, process improvement, and organizational decision making.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in AI annotation is a plus.
