About the role

Experienced AI developer to design and build an AI chatbot/agent for an existing SaaS platform. RAG over the knowledge base, REST API tool calling, and n8n follow-up workflows.

What you'll do

• Design and build an AI chatbot / AI agent for an existing SaaS platform
• Answer customer questions using RAG over the knowledge base
• Add an agent layer that calls REST API functions during conversations
• Automate follow-up workflows with n8n
• Configure prompts, memory, structured outputs, and hallucination control
• Handle deployment, logging, and handoff documentation

Requirements

• Substantial experience with AI agent and chatbot development
• Experience with RAG, LLM/GenAI apps, and Python
• API integrations and n8n or comparable automation tools
• Experience shipping AI features inside SaaS products
• Describe an AI chatbot or agent you built, the RAG setup, and tool calling
