Lead Systems Architect — AI Systems Build

About the role

Lead a small technical team building the first working implementation of a novel AI systems architecture — translate the architecture into an executable build plan and bring components together.

What you'll do

• Understand the AI systems architecture as a whole and translate it into an executable build plan
• Help organize the team’s technical work across backend, automation, infrastructure, and documentation
• Personally build where appropriate and bring components together into a functioning system
• Lead a concentrated initial build of an internal application that foundations a larger AI system

Requirements

• Can operate as lead systems architect, not a solo chatbot/LLM-wrapper developer
• Able to work alongside an existing team with backend, automation, infrastructure, and ops capabilities
• Experience bringing multi-component systems into a functioning whole
