About the role

UK insurance contractor needs a senior full-stack engineer to turn a prototype into an AI-native CRM/business OS with per-employee assistants over governed company data.

What you'll do

• Turn a working UX prototype into a secure multi-user production CRM.
• Build an AI-native business OS with assistants over governed company data.
• Give authorised employees role- and permission-aware AI assistants.
• Engineer authentication, RBAC, audit/event history, and APIs.
• Connect jobs, customers, scheduling, documents, and invoicing.

Requirements

• React / Next.js and TypeScript.
• PostgreSQL and backend/API development.
• Authentication, RBAC/capability permissions, audit/event history.
• Not a WordPress or simple LLM-to-dashboard build.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, field-service, construction, or insurance software is relevant.
