What you'll do

• Cut with pace, rhythm, and intentional timing
• Prompt and generate shots, voice, b-roll, graphics, and tracks when they do not exist
• Stay current and switch tools when something better ships
• Think like a marketer who has watched work win and lose in an ad account

Requirements

• Fluent in an agent-driven editing workflow
• Real direct-response Meta ads instincts — both are hard requirements
• You are an editor first who also prompts for a living
• Have views about why ads win or lose
