Senior AI Product Builder

About the role

Part-time senior builder (5 to 10+ hours a week, path to full time) who architects LLM products for a US software company with a team based in the Philippines.

What you'll do

• Full-stack AI product architecture — Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, pgvector, LangChain / LangGraph, RAG
• MCP servers, OpenAI / Claude API integrations, ERP / CRM / HRIS connectors
• Set up and manage full development environments — local, staging, and production
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure or AWS, including security, IAM, secrets, networking, and monitoring
• Clean specs and handoffs so distributed teams execute smoothly across time zones
• Mentor the junior builder

Requirements

• You have shipped LLM-powered products to real users — demos count, client work is better
• You can take a product from local dev to a secure, production cloud deployment end to end
• You architect clearly, write specs others can execute, and own what goes out
• You are curious, accountable, and care about outcomes over output
• B2 English or better
