AI Video Editor

Posted 1d ago

About the role

AI-generated UGC — content that looks and feels like a real person filmed it on their phone, not like an ad. We're bringing on a video editor who can own production end to end and consistently turn out content that's indistinguishable from the real thing.

What you'll do

  • Producing hyperrealistic AI UGC videos that look and feel natural — the kind of content people don't realize is AI
  • Working fluently across our core tools: HeyGen (avatars / talking heads), Google Flow (video generation), Seedance 2 (video generation), and ElevenLabs (voice). You'll have full access to all of our tools
  • Replicating the style of reference videos we give you 1:1 — matching pacing, framing, motion, lighting, and feel so closely that the output is indistinguishable from the reference
  • Editing raw AI-generated clips into polished, native-feeling short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and paid ads
  • Iterating quickly on feedback and turning around revisions without losing quality

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with HeyGen, Google Flow, Seedance 2, and ElevenLabs. This is a hard requirement — you should already know how to get high-quality output from these tools
  • A strong eye for what makes AI content look real vs. fake, and the skill to close that gap
  • The ability to study a reference video and reproduce its style precisely — pacing, framing, motion, and feel
  • Comfort working at volume and consistently hitting a weekly output target without cutting corners on quality
  • Solid short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
