About the role
Paid solo voice-recording task: record three structured English personal-decision stories in your own words (4–6 minutes each) — a difficult decision, a time you changed your mind, and a goal you're working toward — to help train AI speech and language models. Pay is $18–$24 per approved recording hour.
What you'll do
- Record three unscripted personal stories in English (4–6 minutes each) on given topics
- Complete a written + spoken application assessment (about 30–60 minutes)
- Sign a contributor agreement before submitting recordings
- Get paid $18–$24 per approved recording hour, up to 3 takes per prompt
Requirements
- Any English accent accepted
- Application assessment must be completed personally — no AI writing or translation tools allowed
- Recording equipment for clear, quiet-room audio
