About the role
Solo scripted recording task: record separate English voice samples across seven emotional-range topics (happiness, sadness, fear, laughter, embarrassment, nostalgia, boredom), 4-6 minutes each, to build transcription-ready speech data with natural emotional range. A longer written-and-recorded assessment (about 30-60 minutes) is required before recording access is granted.
What you'll do
- Record 7 separate voice samples (4-6 minutes each) covering distinct emotional-range prompts
- Speak from the topic rather than reading a script, with natural clarity suitable for transcription
- Complete a written-and-recorded assessment (English writing quality, research judgment, instruction-following review) before recording access is granted
- Submit a recorded background/experience statement as part of the application
