About the role
WeAssist.io is hiring AI Engineers to design, build, and optimize AI-driven workflow automations for its US business clients — building AI-powered chatbots, transcription pipelines, meeting assistants, and LLM-based tools, and deploying/monitoring AI models in production. Specialization tracks include recruiting, marketing, and client-success focused AI engineering.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, and optimize workflow automations using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and Power Automate
- Develop AI-driven workflows: transcription pipelines, chatbots, meeting assistants, voice-to-form solutions, using OpenAI, Claude, ElevenLabs, and Read AI APIs
- Fine-tune, prompt, and optimize LLMs for task-specific use cases (summarization, classification, Q&A)
- Deploy and manage AI models in production with continuous monitoring, performance tuning, and A/B testing
- Build data dashboards and automated reporting pipelines (AirTable, Google Data Studio, HubSpot, Sheets/Excel)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Power Automate)
- Strong knowledge of API integration principles (REST, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, JSON)
- Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, ElevenLabs, transcription/voice tools)
- Experience automating across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack/Teams, and CRMs
