• Lead projects from initial discovery through production deployment.
• Measure real-world impact after launch and keep iterating until the solution delivers results.

• Versatile engineer who enjoys combining deep technical work with customer context.
• Comfortable entering unfamiliar environments and learning how operations actually run.
• Able to lead projects from discovery through production deployment.
• Hands-on engineering skills to build AI agent systems.
