About the role
Senior, project-based Next.js work shipping production AI features on a multi-tenant work health and safety SaaS: LLM APIs, RAG over client documents, and tenant isolation. What you'll do
- Design, build and ship production AI features such as document and policy drafting, risk assessment assistance, inspection and hazard analysis, and smart search.
- Work with LLM APIs such as Anthropic Claude or OpenAI, including prompts, structured outputs, tool calling, and streaming.
- Build retrieval pipelines over client documents with embeddings, vector search, chunking, and evaluation.
- Keep AI features inside tenant data isolation, permissions, and privacy.
- Build and extend Next.js features from Figma, including report exports.
Requirements
- Senior Next.js 15 App Router and TypeScript, with Server Actions.
- Proven experience shipping LLM features to production.
- PostgreSQL, with Kysely mentioned, plus Tailwind, Radix, and Shadcn.
- Not a beginner role. Payment is per accepted ticket via OnlineJobs EasyPay.
