Senior Business Analyst (Agentic AI)

About the role

Night-shift senior business analyst in Taguig who defines requirements, governance, and tests for agentic AI workflows.

What you'll do

• Define business processes, requirements, governance controls, and operational readiness for technology-enabled and AI-enabled solutions.
• Analyze agentic AI workflows, including agent behavior, integrations, decision boundaries, and human oversight controls.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate business rules, AI agent behavior, integrations, exceptions, and user acceptance criteria.
• Leverage SQL and data analysis to validate outcomes, troubleshoot issues, and support decision-making.

Requirements

• Leverage agentic AI expertise to define AI-enabled workflows, governance controls, and human oversight requirements.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product analysis, process analysis, or a related field.
