About the role

Lead a team of AI Tutors producing high-quality medicine-domain training data and evaluations for SpaceXAI models. Hands-on leadership: review work, coach tutors, own quality. Philippines is an eligible office/remote country.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of AI Tutors delivering high-quality training data and evaluations
• Set the standard for data quality; personally review domain work
• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for Human Data projects
• Coach and performance-manage tutors; execute labeling/review work hands-on

Requirements

• 8+ months hands-on data labeling, annotation, AI training/evaluation, or similar
• Bachelor’s in a clinical/medicine-adjacent field or 5+ years in lieu of a degree
• Previous people leadership experience preferred; MD/DO/MBBS or clinical doctorate a plus
• Must be based in an eligible country including the Philippines
