About the role
917Ventures is Globe Telecom's corporate venture builder. This AI Engineer builds the models, agents, and product surfaces of AI-powered products across the portfolio — RAG, agentic workflows, and production APIs.
What you'll do
- Build end-to-end AI-powered features from front-end interfaces to AI back-ends, tool-use servers, and knowledge systems
- Implement RAG architectures connecting LLMs to structured and unstructured data
- Design agentic AI workflows and tool-use pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or Flowise
- Integrate foundation model APIs with attention to cost, latency, and reliability
- Develop CI/CD and observability for AI applications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years in software engineering or full-stack development, with at least 1–2 years on AI-integrated products
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and building AI-powered applications
- Experience deploying AI features in production with real users
- Familiarity with LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector DBs, and React/Next or Python/Node stacks
