AI Powered QA Lead
About the role
Lead quality engineering in BGC (hybrid, 2 days onsite) by designing AI-powered QA strategy — predictive analytics, automated test generation, and self-healing frameworks. For a QA lead who has shipped AI testing stacks, not only manual QA.
What you'll do
- Design and implement AI-powered QA strategies using ML for predictive quality analytics, automated test generation, and defect prediction
- Build next-generation test automation frameworks powered by AI, including self-healing scripts and intelligent test prioritization
- Develop AI-driven quality dashboards and insights for risk forecasting and continuous improvement
- Lead agile and DevOps practices tailored for AI-enhanced development cycles
- Mentor and coach QA team members in AI tools and modern testing practices
Requirements
- Proven experience with AI/ML tools for software testing (Testim, Mabl, Applitools, or similar)
- Deep knowledge of testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium) enhanced with AI capabilities
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native testing environments
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript) for test automation and AI integration
- 5+ years in Quality Assurance with hands-on AI-powered testing tools and methodologies
