Platform Engineer - AI Automation
About the role
Pasig-based Platform Engineer for AI automation. Technical counterpart to the Salesforce AI COE — integrations, escalations, and platform engineering for AI automation.
What you'll do
- Engineer and support the AI automation platform
- Coordinate technical escalations and integration-related issues
- Support AI governance, release planning, and deployment readiness
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, Security, and TechOps on approved AI use cases
- Maintain operational runbooks and platform administration records
Requirements
- Platform engineering experience relevant to Salesforce or enterprise AI automation
- Able to troubleshoot integrations and technical escalations
- Comfortable with governance, audit trails, and configuration control
- Based in or able to work onsite in Pasig City
