SalesForce Admin - AI Automation role
About the role
Pasig-based Salesforce Administrator for Riskonnect's Salesforce AI ecosystem, including AgentForce, Data Cloud, and Einstein. Configure and publish AI agents, manage licenses and access, and support the AI Center of Excellence.
What you'll do
- Configure and administer Salesforce AgentForce environments
- Create, manage, and publish AI agents within Salesforce
- Configure agent permissions, settings, and operational controls
- Manage Data Cloud configuration and access controls
- Provision users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and AgentForce/Data Cloud licenses
- Support AI Center of Excellence governance, pilots, and customer rollouts
Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience managing Salesforce security models, profiles, permission sets, and user lifecycle
- Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce deployments and release management
- Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, declarative automation, and change sets
