Agentic Operator
About the role
We The Flywheel is hiring an Agentic Operator in the Philippines to serve as the human-in-the-loop in AI-native workflows. You’ll direct AI agents through multi-step operational tasks — account setups, logistical coordination, workflow verification — catching errors and closing loops where human judgment is essential. 10–40 hrs/week, remote from anywhere in the Philippines.
What you'll do
- Set up accounts, access credentials, and platform configurations across tools and services.
- Direct and verify AI agents completing multi-step tasks — catching errors, resolving blockers, and closing loops.
- Handle logistical operations: onboarding steps, vendor coordination, data entry validation, and file management.
- Escalate edge cases to senior team members and document repeatable workflows for future automation.
Requirements
- Comfortable working with AI tools every day — you use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to get real work done, not just to experiment.
- Detail-oriented and reliable — you close loops and don’t leave tasks half-done.
- Fast self-starter who can figure out unfamiliar platforms without step-by-step guidance.
- Strong written English — clear, concise, especially in async environments.
- Preferred: account management, virtual assistant, or ops support experience; familiarity with Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace.
