AI Chatbot Product Manager
About the role
Binance is hiring an AI Chatbot Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of its CS bot management platform — covering knowledge base, chat flow, and ticket center. The role applies big data and AI to improve CS operations efficiency through corpus training, SOP design, AI-assisted replies, and case summarization, working cross-functionally with engineering, UI/UX, and CS operations teams.
What you'll do
- Own overall planning, design, delivery, and promotion of the CS bot management platform (knowledge base, chat flow, ticket center)
- Use big data and AI to improve CS operations efficiency: corpus training, SOP design, assistant reply, and case summarization
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UI/UX design, and CS operations teams to achieve product objectives
- Review CS bot KPIs and user cases regularly to surface insights and guide product improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Must have prior product design experience in CS bot (chatbot product management)
- Strong data analysis and user insight skills
- Excellent communication skills with multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
