AI Software Engineer
About the role
AMCS is hiring an AI Software Engineer in Davao to build SaaS product features and AI agents on the AMCS platform. The posting also expects day-to-day use of AI coding assistants, with engineers reviewing the code those tools produce.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and deliver SaaS product features across the stack.
- Build AI agents that integrate with the AMCS Platform and AI framework.
- Develop services, APIs, front-end applications, and data models.
- Use AI coding assistants and agentic development tools, and review the code and tests they produce.
- Work in CI/CD and participate in code reviews and technical design.
Requirements
- Experience building and delivering production software applications.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend language and framework, such as C#/.NET.
- Experience with a modern front-end such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Good understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modelling.
- Understanding of AI agents and modern AI application patterns.
- Hands-on experience with an AI coding assistant such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
