Lead AI Engineer in Manila for Axos Bank, owning the AI engineering vision: agentic systems, LLM integration standards, and MCP server governance.
What you'll do
- Define and lead the strategic direction of AI engineering across Axos Bank and set architectural standards for AI initiatives.
- Design enterprise-scale agentic systems and own the technical vision for domain-specific agents.
- Establish best practices in prompt engineering, LLM integration, and agentic workflow design.
- Direct implementation of Model Context Protocol servers and the governance around them.
- Drive ROI measurement for AI initiatives and mentor senior AI engineers.
