AI IMPLEMENTATION LEAD

About the role

BPI AI Implementation Lead overseeing design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions and mentoring AI engineers. Applying may require a LinkedIn account (inventory listing).

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, training, and deployment of AI and machine learning models using modern AI frameworks and technologies
• Oversee the end-to-end AI solution lifecycle, including data engineering, model development, testing, validation, optimization, and production deployment
• Guide and mentor AI engineers in the implementation of best practices for AI engineering, MLOps, cloud architecture, and software development
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to maximize business value from AI systems

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, data engineering, or enterprise technology solution delivery
• Strong expertise in Python, generative AI, large language models, and advanced machine learning techniques
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), MLOps, containerization, microservices, APIs, and enterprise-scale AI deployments
