Maya wants a manager to lead its AI R&D pillar, turning frontier research into deployed fintech systems rather than papers and prototypes.

What you'll do

• Lead Maya's AI R&D pillar and turn frontier research into deployed fintech systems.
• Lead applied research to create new algorithms, models, and data-driven approaches across Maya's AI domains.
• Shape technical strategy and grow the research team.
• Convert business and operational challenges into solutions that improve products, customer experience, and operations.

Requirements

• Able to lead applied AI research, not a delivery-only role.
• Experience translating research into deployed systems.
• Based in Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines.
